- Allow users to edit the text in any of the boxes, mis-spellings mean this is important!

To expand on what pustule says! One of the alpha testers stated - and it makes a great deal of sense - that there needs to be a mechanism to alert people when there is a response to something you've posted. I imagine people will want to keep a closer eye on certain items so an optional system. I use one system that has a tick box allowing me to be alerted, by e-mail, of any responses. So we could adopt that and/or do something with RSS.

Two other fixes/improvements needed:
1) Better 'understanding' of URLs by the system. I messed up by putting the URL at the end of a sentence, so it ended with a full-stop. The system included the full-stop in the URL (so the URL failed). The same happens if you the URL ends with a ).
2) Formatting of text. A simple way of making text bold, italicised etc. Also, I'd like to embed the URLs. In other words I could make a word (or phrase) a hyperlinked URL, without the need to show the actual URL on screen.

It'd be good to have the following:
1) A time limited category. This could be used to add news items, conference calls, research grants, jobs etc. Each entry would have an expiry date.
2) The ability to add a Gwagle button in the toolbar - to automatically capture resources.

Currently the detection of duplication doesn't happen until people have added comments - see http://www.gwagle.org/1224
In the above case you get two sets of comments. It'd be much better if people added the URL and the system checks for duplicates (and PMID/DOI) and informs the user. They can then add comments if they want.

In the 'my interest' section need a way of simply showing the tag title and numbers of articles (without the full list). At the moment when you enter you're presented with a long list of articles underneath each tag it then takes a while to tab down to your last tag, a problem that will increase as more tags and articles are added.Perhaps the tag should be shown with an option to double click on it to see the titles underneath?
