About Gwagle
What is Gwagle?
That’s an interesting question with many possible answers! On a broad level we hope to provide an area for users to record and share their clinical experience.
At its simplest, Gwagle is a space for you to record your favourite places on the web. These could be research articles, guidelines, organisation websites, in short, anything with a URL (the web address). As the list is web-based you can access them via any PC connected to the internet.
However, potentially of more interest, is the ability of Gwagle to help share your favourite places on the web with others with similar interests. Gwagle provides an effortless way to look at material added by other Gwagle users. This can help you discover new resources you were not aware of before.
Gwagle even allows you space to comment on the resources allowing for the sharing of ideas.
Gwagle is currently in the alpha testing stage. This means it is at the first stage of ‘suitability’ for public use. It is a long way from the beta version (the near finished version). We hope to have the beta ready by the summer. The beta version will have significantly enhanced features and usability - including the ability to send messages to other users, upload your own documents, create Gwagle groups.
In the meantime we would like to get a handful of users involved who’ll start to use the service and to help decide the direction of development.
