good articcle the only item I have to question is what are the guidelines for the Norton scale? Is the scores a subjective view, i.e. walk-help, is that with a walker or cane or with another person? How to judge the physical condition - what consitutes 'fair'Thank you and I hope someone can answer my question or give me guidelines to look at. Pat
