Is there any evidence for giving saline drops to for babies with a cold?

"A large number of other treatments, such as steam inhalation and saline nasal drops, are commonly advocated for the relief of symptoms of the common cold. There is little or no evidence to support their use, and clinicians will need to make their own judgement on whether to advise them or not."
